Day‐to‐Day WorkflowCoordinating with stakeholders: Communicating with site managers and clients to schedule and prepare the location.Scanning the space: Operating the Matterport Pro3 to capture high‐fidelity 3D and LiDAR spatial data.Editing the model: Reviewing the captured data to ensure accuracy and completeness.Adding details: Tagging and adding necessary metadata, labels, and details within the scanned space.Uploading to the cloud: Managing the project files and uploading the final digital twin to the Matterport cloud application.Compensation$90 per hour.Details of the hourly rate vary by project based on scope and requirements.RequirementsProprietor of a Matterport Pro3, must sign an NDA, and pass a criminal background investigation.
