We're proud to say we've been named one of "Super Empresas Expansión **** Top Companies"Charger Logistics Inc. is a world-class asset-based carrier with locations across North America.With over 20 years of experience providing the best logistics solutions, Charger Logistics has transformed into a world-class transport provider and continues to grow.ResponsibilitiesAs a you will act as a liaison between employer and employee, overseeing employee relations.This involves receiving and effectively handling employee complaints, escalating these complaints to the level of disciplinary or legal action when necessary.Monitor grievance procedures, and ensure completion of appropriate documentation to maintain consistency, fairness and process integrity.Job Duties-:Supports a positive guidance to managers; responding to employee inquiries and all other employee relations issues.Responds effectively and quickly to employee relations inquiriesDocuments all employee relations matters as appropriate for the situation in accordance with legal compliance and organizational policies and proceduresEnsure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and provincial requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining recordsFacilitates the open-door policy process and workplace concernsSupport the HR department with a variety of HR projects, programs, and initiativesAdvise managers on best practices related to recruitment, employee relations, human rights legislation, and all applicable employment lawsSupport full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles as needed, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordinationFacilitate new employee orientations to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experiencePlan and coordinate employee relations initiatives including engagement events, recognition programs, and team activities that strengthen morale, reduce conflict,
