The Sr Accountant & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, financial reporting, office administration, insurance compliance, contract administration, and supporting executive management.The adecuado candidate will have extensive construction accounting experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesAccounting & FinanceOversee all accounting operationsFull-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableJob cost accountingBank reconciliationsCredit card reconciliationsGeneral Ledger maintenanceCash flow managementMonthly financial statementsBudget preparation and forecastingFinancial reporting for managementCustomer billing and collectionsMaintain W-9 files and prepare annual ****sAssist with the company's CPA for monthly, quarterly, and year-end reportingMaintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooksConstruction AdministrationReview and administer construction contractsManage subcontract agreements and contract documentationProcess preliminary notices, lien waivers,



and lien releasesAssist with project startup and closeout documentationTrack project compliance requirementsCoordinate project documentation with Project Managers and General ContractorsInsurance AdministrationManage Certificates of Insurance (COIs)Coordinate insurance requirements with General Contractors, owners, subcontractors, and vendorsProcess insurance requests, endorsements, and renewalsWork directly with insurance brokers and carriersTrack insurance compliance for projects and subcontractorsAssist with workers' compensation audits and insurance claims when necessaryOffice OperationsOversee day-to-day office operationsMaintain office procedures and administrative systemsAssist with onboarding paperwork and employee recordsMaintain company files and document retentionProvide administrative support as neededQualificationsMinimum 5 years of construction accounting experienceStrong knowledge of construction accounting principlesExperience managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and job costingExperience reviewing construction contractsExperience handling insurance compliance and Certificates of InsuranceProcore experience preferredExcellent organizational and communication skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyBilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred#J-*****-Ljbffr
