manufacturing or assembly processes.Train personnel in regards of the documented criteria.Monitoring the application and understanding of the criteria.Providing visibility to top Management.Performs FMEA / FMECA studies.Assignment of the action plan in order to implement the preventive countermeasures and the required control plan according to the PRN obtained in the FMEA/FMECA study.Customer Issues / CAR (Corrective action Request).
Application of statistical techniques where required.Implementation of SPC where applicable.Application of 8-D tool.Disposition of non-conformance material Returns (NCMR) and customers raw material returns (RG'S).
