Sobre nuestro clienteInternational manufacturing company.DescripciónThe Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the plant, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and effective decision-making support.Key responsibilities include:Lead financial reporting processes, including monthly and annual closingsManage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisOversee cost accounting and provide visibility into cost drivers and operational performanceEnsure compliance with Mexican GAAP, US GAAP, and regulatory requirements including IMMEX and tax compliance frameworksPartner with operations teams to drive efficiencies and support strategic decisionsMonitor cash flow and working capitalStrengthen internal controls and support audits (internal and external)Lead and develop the finance teamThis is a hands‐on role requiring close involvement with plant operations and cross‐functional stakeholders.Perfil buscadoWe are looking for a strong Finance professional with experience in manufacturing environments and a proven track record in plant‐level financial leadership.Key requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field5-7 years of experience in similar roles (Plant Controller / Finance Manager)Strong experience in cost accounting and financial analysisSolid knowledge of Mexican GAAP and US GAAPProven experience with compliance frameworks such as IMMEX and Tax complianceAdvanced English communication skillsLeadership experience managing finance teamsHands‐on, operational mindset with ability to work closely with plant operationsExperience with ERP systemsQué OfrecemosBenefits above the law#J-*****-Ljbffr
