– REQUIRED.Minimum 2 - 3 years of Collections and/or Customer Service experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong phone presence and professional telephone etiquette.Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.Experience using CRM systems.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
