- Support credit and collection activities to maintain a healthy financial relationship.
- Develop business opportunities to support company growth.
- Evaluate customer needs and suggest proactive business solutions, promoting reliable and long-term relationships with costumers- Plan, develop, and support business strategies in terms of price, mix, channels, promotion, and product portfolio.2.Main Responsibilities:- Promote sell out, following business priorities- Active collaboration, resolving and preventing Credit & Collection issues.
- Keep an open and frequent communication with the customers, to favor win / win business.
- Keep technical knowledge updated, demonstrating to be an expert in GY products and processes,



adding value to the customers' business needs.
- Analyze market data to support sales and marketing actions, developing a data-driven-oriented focus, being able to detect and capture improvement opportunities.

ISO *****, ISO *****, IATF***** as it requires**Education**:- Required: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, and related courses.MS Office, capable of make analyses in Excel, Power Point presentations.

**Experience**:- Required: 3+ Years of Sales experience.Desired: Previous experience in Tire and/or Retail Market.
