**Responsabilities**Develop Fuel Cell Assembly Stations of each step of the Process.Design Tooling and Workstations for Fuel Cell Assy.Perform Gage R&R; for the Inspection devices for Fuel Cell Process.Perform Capability Studies for each Assembly Process Operation.Define Lay Out for the Fuel Cell Proto Equipment.Define Material Handling and Flow for Fuel Cell Process.Monitor and track daily Fuel Cell Builds to record quality findings including RPS and root cause analysis and PFMEA sustaining.Analyze trends of Fuel Cell processes performance and make action plans and strategies to improve.Support Problem Solving at Tier 2 and Tier 3 levelDeveloping and execution of Tooling DrawingsDevelop SOS's and Manufacturing Instructions for the Fuel Cell Process.Perform Manufacturing Review for each new FC PRP order.Keep record of each Proto Fuel Cell Build into the PRP System,Establish weekly communication with Fuel Cell Product Engineers to define process specifications and feedback for each build.Analyze equipment capacity and efficiencies to support given weekly Fuel Cell demand (SIOP and AOP)Train Assembly Technicians for each Fuel Cell step.Identify,



plan and execution of Skill development program for Fuel Cell Technicians.Sustain Fuel Cell Area at 5's Garrett standards and continuous improvementResponsible to follow up CAPEX and OPEX plant projects.Lead line efficiency and improvement efforts (projects, PPH, throughput, etc.).
Execution of continuous improvement actions for specific technologies (i.e. Assembly, Balancing, Machining) based on AOP capital, and budgets.Partner with maintenance Eng.
/Technician for trouble shooting analysis for key/critical equipment**Requiriments and experience**Bachelor degree on Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering.Equivalent experience at specific manufacturing process, lean principles, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical principles.
