Description The Supply Chain team at ZF in Toluca plays a key role in ensuring seamless coordination between customers, production, and logistics.The team is highly customer-centric, working closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Quality, and Warehouse to deliver operational excellence.With a strong focus on automotive standards and performance KPIs, the team drives continuous improvement and service reliability.Collaboration, responsiveness, and precision are essential to succeed in this environment.What you can look forward to as Supply Chain Specialist Manage customer communication across multiple channels, ensuring timely responses aligned with KPIs.Process and monitor customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery conditions.Coordinate order changes, cancellations, and updates with internal stakeholders.Track shipments and deliveries, proactively communicating delays or deviations to customers.Handle customer claims related to quality, logistics, or invoicing, ensuring timely resolution.Collaborate with Quality for root cause analysis and corrective actions (e.g. 8D methodology).




Maintain strong relationships with key customers and participate in performance review meetings.Monitor and analyze KPIs such as service levels, fill rate, and backlog, driving continuous improvements.Your Profile as Supply Chain Specialist: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related field.2–5 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain, preferably in the automotive industry.Experience managing OEM or Tier 1 customers is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of order management, logistics processes, and after-sales service.Advanced SAP or ERP system experience is required.Familiarity with automotive standards and quality systems (IATF is a plus).
