and business applications.Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to identify automation and analytics opportunities.Support continuous improvement initiatives through digital solutions and process optimization.Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of automation and reporting solutions.Document automation workflows, analytics standards, and technical specifications.Promote digital transformation culture and continuous improvement initiatives.What You Need To Be Successful Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environments.Experience with RPA platforms such as Ui Path, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or similar.Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or similar.Knowledge of SQL, databases, data visualization, and process automation.Understanding of manufacturing processes, KPIs, and operational workflows.Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills.Experience with systems integration with SAP/ERP, MES connection, Io T, and/or manufacturing execution systems.APIs/middleware.Industrial data pipelines.Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Business Intelligence & Analytics Data Visualization & Dashboarding Process Optimization Digital Transformation Mindset Cross‐Functional Collaboration Problem Solving & Innovation Data‐Driven Decision Making Data Analytics & Visualization: Power BI/dashboards, Data storytelling for the operation, KPI systems (SQDC, KPIs tree, leading, lagging, etc) Data governance and cybersecurity OT: data quality frameworks, master data management.Bonus Points if You Have Experience integrating APIs, ERP systems, MES, or cloud-based platforms.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPS, or Industry 4.0 concepts.Experience with Python, scripting, or advanced analytics tools.Familiarity with AI‐assisted automation and intelligent workflow technologies What Makes You Eligible Job requires presential mode at location with flexibility.Permanent shift mode, salary schedule.Work in different plants within same location.Any job offer is conditional upon the successful completion of a criminal background and drug screening.What We Offer Flexible work environment,
