**Quality Manager**:To support, develop and continually improve the Quality systems and processes used across the respective Entity.To drive strategic improvement in customer satisfaction.To lead and manage the Quality teams in the delivery of the customers expectation through a clear understanding of the VOC.Ensuring the delivery of continuous improvement processes, through the management of business processes and auditing.
**To succeed, you will need**:- _Act as partner to the leadership team to enable an improvement in the culture that places customer quality_ _amongst the organization's top priorities first_._- _Manage product quality responses to customers and develop processes and procedures that ensure that_ _organization meets and exceeds applicable customer requirements._- _Provide the voice of the customer for quality back into the regional organization_._- _Manage _W_arranty_ control and _reduction projects _across the region _to meet regional and integral warranty objectives_ in collaboration with quality peers from PCs and STCs._- _Establish, monitor, and maintain formal internal and external _quality reporting_ systems, which includes the_ _setting up and managing of cross-functional quality improvement teams and projects._- _Manage and support customer quality escalations and support/participate in customer quality review meeting._- _Manage _customer quality_ escalations, partnering with tech support and product divisions to resolve quality_ _and_ _reliability issues._- _Support audits and ensure procurement processes comply with ISO ****, *****, and ***** standards._**Skills**:- BS degree or equivalent.Degree in production, manufacturing, quality or electrical engineering with substantial experience is also acceptable.
- Must have the drive and ability to promote continuous quality improvement in a manufacturing environment, also be a team player and communicator.
- Professional skills and experiences in managing ISO standards including ISO****, ISO*****, OHSAS***** and 6 Sigma tools.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools (8D capability), Statistical methodologies, problem-solving experience.
- Proactive, detail oriented and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the required Health & Safety practices and procedures.
