**Skills & Qualifications Required**- Has/Pursuing Undergraduate Degree with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience- Minimum Process Tenure(Internal): 2 years- Able to perform basic case processing expectations- Act as a Subject Matter Expert- Manage internal process escalations- Ability to conduct the following tasks:- Provide support for new hires- Supplemental QA checkBack-up resource for SOP update and Training**Scope & Accountability**- Supervise and guide a team of data entry specialists- Provide clear instructions, setting performance goals, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Ability to conduct research on company information to reflect the latest changes.
- Communicate the latest changes to the appropriate Salesforce Account Executive.
