**Responsibilities**:- Assist current clients, resolve inquiries, and provide post-sales support.
- Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Use **Salesforce** or similar tools to manage the client database and track interactions.
- Maintain constant contact with clients to foster long-term relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Participate in team meetings and report progress on leads and objectives.
**Requirements**:- **Intermediate-advanced English** (able to communicate fluently with international clients).
- Minimum **1 year** of experience in sales or customer service in an **Inside Sales** environment (telephonic or digital sales).




- Basic knowledge of **CRM** tools like **Salesforce** (previous experience with this platform is a plus).
- Ability to work with targets in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented attitude.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized and autonomous manner.
