Job description:You MUST have EXCELLENT ENGLISH writing capabilities.SEND RESUME IN ENGLISH.Ceemi Agency Inc is a full service digital marketing agency specializing in helping small businesses increase their online presence.We are looking for an experienced SEO Technical & Content associate who will assist in:- Intent Based SEO Website content- EEAT Based writing experience- Learn Technical SEO- Proof reading - must be proficient in writing and proofing content for US based companies.We use AI to create all content.Your main responsibility is to use the AI tools to efficiently create content while double checking spelling, context, and tone.While AI does cut down work load immensely, sometimes it still doesn't "make sense" and you will need to edit appropriately.Google has made a major shift in the way content is being ranked.This person will have an up to date knowledge of the guidelines google has.This includes but is not limited to GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), Intent based SEO, etc.Please provide examples of your writing along with resume.
**Core Technical Skills that are helpful**- Crawling & Indexing: Understanding how Googlebot and other crawlers interact with websites.Use of tools like Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or JetOctopus.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript: Basic proficiency to identify issues in code affecting SEO (e.g., JavaScript rendering problems).
- Website Architecture: Structuring websites for crawlability (internal linking, siloing, URL structure).
- Schema Markup / Structured Data: Implementing JSON-LD or Microdata to enhance SERP visibility.
- Page Speed Optimization:



Using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, or WebPageTest to improve performance.
- Mobile SEO: Ensuring responsive design and mobile-first indexing readiness.
- Log File Analysis: Analyzing server logs to understand how search engines crawl a site.
- International SEO: Implementing href lang tags and managing general site structures.
**Tools & Platforms**- Google Search Console & Bing Webmaster Tools- Google Analytics / GA4- SEO Crawlers: Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, etc.- CDN & Hosting knowledge: Working with tools like Cloudflare or AWS for performance and caching.
- **CMS Experience**:WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc. (especially their SEO plugins and limitations).
**Analytical & Strategic Skills**- Data Interpretation: Turning crawl and audit data into actionable insights.
- Problem Solving: Debugging indexing issues, redirects, canonical conflicts, etc.- Competitor & SERP Analysis: Understanding ranking factors and gaps.
- Collaboration: Working with developers, content teams, and product managers to implement fixes and improvements.Hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm PST, we are also comfortable to work with CST hours 8am - 5pm CST- Must be able to write in English without spelling/grammatical errors**Please submit your resume in English.
