**Job Summary**:**What You Will Do**:- Develop and maintain detailed Functional Design Documents based on business requirements.
- Liaise between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of solutions.
- Support DocuSign-related processes and troubleshoot user issues as needed.
- Utilize Azure and DevOps tools for project tracking, collaboration, and deployment management.
- Manage and resolve incidents or service requests within ServiceNow.
- Read and interpret XML files for data extraction and validation.
**Education requirement**:- Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Information or equivalent degree.
- Advanced English proficiency for cross‐site and general collaboration.




**What skills you will have**:- Proven experience in writing clear and comprehensive Functional Design Documents.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in conveying requirements to developers and technical teams.
- Hands-on experience with DocuSign platform and support.
- Proficiency in Azure and DevOps for project lifecycle management.
- Experience working with ServiceNow for IT service management.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to read and understand XML data structures.
- Familiarity with leasing and sales pricing concepts within a commercial environment.
- Added advantage if the person knows CapitalStream, Oracle; has sales experience; understands dealership processes (like how pricing works); and has credit experience.
**Additional Information**:- This position will be in Santa Maria Office at Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.
