In BYD we are looking for our next Fleet Sales Manager to supports the commercial team managing sales processes for fleet customers, ensuring clear coordination between internal departments and external clients.This role is key in maintaining up-to-date records, tracking orders, and providing excellent service throughout the sales cyclerom quotation to vehicle delivery.It ́s a Field Sales focused role, not related with Fleet Management, maintance or manufacture.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the end-to-end sales process for fleet clients, including quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery schedulingAct as the main liaison between the sales team, logistics, finance, and aftersales to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentMaintain updated records of fleet sales contracts, unit configurations, customer profiles,



and delivery timelinesAssist in the preparation of commercial proposals and presentations tailored to corporate clientsMonitor vehicle availability and coordinate with production and inventory teams to align delivery expectationsProvide regular status updates to clients and ensure a high level of post-sale follow-up and satisfactionTrack KPIs related to fleet sales performance, customer satisfaction, and delivery metricsSupport tender processes and documentation for government or large-scale fleet opportunitiesCoordinate demo vehicle logistics, test drives, and customer product trainings in collaboration with technical teams.RequirementBachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.3 - 5 years of experience automotive fleet sales and the mentioned activities.Less experience, other industries or experience will be not considerExcellent communication and client-facing skillAble to travel nationwide"At BYD Mexico, we promote equal employment opportunities and respect for diversity.
