- Community Investment - Coordinate volunteer programs, partnerships and DIB initiatives to strengthen company impact internally and externally.
- Corporate Engagement - Lead corporate visit experiences and executive hosting- Operational Excellence: Oversee vendors, budgets and timelines to ensure seamless execution, efficiency and cost optimization**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES****Event Strategy & coordination -**Lead end to end lifecycle of events from concept and planning to onsite coordination and post-event evaluation.
**Project and Vendor Management**Drive cross functional projects, balancing multiple priorities with stakeholdersManage vendor relationships across catering,



venues and technical requirements ensuring cost effectiveness**Stakeholder management-**Partner with leaders and teams across the organization to align objectives and deliver engaging experiences**Program Support & administration-**Support community and DIB initiatives through logistics, training coordination and event planning.Maintain documentation, track metrics and provide reporting to measure impact and inform improvements.Coordinate communication and campaigns to maximize associate participation and engagement.
