**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Lead and mentor development teams**, ensuring alignment with best practices and project goals.
- Drive technical decision-making and provide guidance on architecture and design.
- Design and implement scalable backend services using **Java** and **REST APIs**.
- Ensure code quality through **unit testing** and enforce development standards.
- Implement robust authentication and security measures.
- Oversee integration of **CI/CD pipelines** and ensure smooth delivery cycles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team.
**Mandatory Skills**:- Java Backend Development- REST API Development- Kubernetes Containers- SQL Database Management- Unit Testing Experience- Security Domain with Authentication- Designing/Architecting Solutions with CI/CD- Payment Domain Knowledge- Management/Leadership Skills**Good to Have (Optional)**:- Hazelcast- Vertex- Kafka- Functional Testing Automation Frameworks**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in backend development and architecture.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
