Job DescriptionAs a HSE Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace.You will be responsible for implementing and supporting health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.You will report directly to our Health, Safety, and Environment Manager and you'll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a Hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the organization by helping to reduce risks, prevent incidents, and promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship that protects employees, assets, and the environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance and promote safety awareness.Conduct risk assessments, safety audits,



and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.Support incident investigations and root‐cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematicsEnglish Proficient3+ years of experience in health, safety, and environment engineering or related fieldKnowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices with the ability to apply them effectivelyExperience with risk assessments, safety audits, patrimonial security and incident investigation methodologiesProficiency in HSE management systems and related software toolsWe ValueAdvanced degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or Engineering disciplinesExperience in industrial or manufacturing environmentsStrong analytical and problem‐solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in cross‐functional teamsContinuous improvement mindset and commitment to safety culture#J-*****-Ljbffr
