and governance.2.Front-End Systems EngineeringOperate upstream ofdesign engineeringand validation organizations.Translatecustomer, business, and regulatory needsinto system-level requirements.Identifygaps, conflicts, and risksin early development.Collaborate withFeature Owners and Architecture teamsto align technical solutions.3.Stakeholder AlignmentRepresentRequirements Managementin discussions withClient and stakeholders.Defendrequirement decisionsand drive alignment across teams (Vehicle Feature Owners, Systems Engineering, Architecture teams, Design Engineering teams, Test & Validation organizations)Presenttechnical informationto diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.4.Process ImprovementPromoteINCOSE-aligned systems engineering practices.Enhancerequirements methodologies, standards, and governance.Contribute to organizational capability growth in:Requirements Engineering, Systems Engineering, Change-Management, Technical Risk Assessment.5.Leadership & Cluster Lead ResponsabilitiesLead and mentor ateam of Requirements Engineers.Manageworkload planning, task scheduling, and risk mitigation.Monitordeliverables and project milestones.Identifyrequirement-related risks early and develop mitigation strategies.MustBachelor's in Engineeringor related field.5+ years of Experience inSystems/Requirements Engineering, Design Lead, Product Development, or Vehicle Systems.Proficiency withrequirements tools(IBM DOORS, Polarion, Jama, Codebeamer).
Advanced English levelPreferredAutomotive product developmentexperience.Knowledge ofVehicle E/E Architecture.INCOSE certification(ASEP, CSEP, ESEP).
