and helping them take the next step in their care.Responsibilities:Contact new inbound inquiries promptlyBuild rapport and trust with patients and familiesEducate patients on services and enrollment stepsHandle objections and hesitations with empathySchedule the patient's consultationMaintain accurate, up-to-date enrollment recordsRequired Qualifications:3+ years in healthcare admissions, enrollment, or intakeExcellent spoken English, neutral accentStrong communication and rapport-building skillsInbound lead-handling experienceHighly organized, comfortable working independentlyPreferred Experience:Home Health, Speech Therapy, or Behavioral Health backgroundMedical admissions or scheduling experienceHands-on experience with:Patient enrollment/intake workflowsInbound patient communicationAppointment scheduling systems
