To evaluate and improve process KPI, solve issues through problem solving methodologies.Implement and execute process and product monitoring and improving, ensure that all standards are met during the product life time, document monitoring results.RequisitosKnowledge of the different types of product defects,



secure classification of the product condition with visual inspection – AdvancedKnowledge of process and product evaluation methods and root cause identification in case problems – AdvancedHandling of non conformance material and segregation steps to avoid escapes – AdvancedKnowledge of ISO**** – AdvancedKnowledge of core tools (MSA, SPC, FMEA, CP, APQP, PPAP) – AdvancedKnowledge on measurement instruments such as: Caliper, micrometers, pi tape, etc.
