Contpaq.Code freight invoices for payment.Create and maintain import/export reports.Assist internal departments with resolution of import/export related issues.Respond to miscellaneous requests from the Warehouse such as partially filled containers or receiving of damaged goods.Generate monthly Period Balances for reconciliation purposes in SAP.Enter all new material numbers into SAP, maintain/delete obsolete material numbers in system program and keep an updated list for pricing.Local and international purchases, place purchase orders, general Mexican logistics activities.Registration of new suppliers and maintenance of current ones.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.QualificationsAssociate's degree in international logistics or similar discipline.Basic English skills (read, write, speak)Knowledge of HTSUS, Customs Regulations, EAR, ITAR.And Incoterms ****** + years' experience in import/export compliance and documentation for a manufacturing facility or freight forwarder.Experience processing shipments in FedEx Ship Manager and DHL EasyShipAbility to satisfactorily complete position training requirements.Bruker Corporation offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, and tuition assistance (as applicable).
