Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA, and Core Tools (SPC, MSA, 8D, 5Why).
Knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Experience with measurement equipment (CMM, vision systems, gauges).
Audit experience (internal and customer).
Problem-solving and analytical skills (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, DOE).
Intermediate to advanced English (technical reading, customer communication).
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with customer-specific requirements, quality standards,



and industry regulations.Support APQP activities and documentation for new product launches.Conduct PPAP submissions and maintain accurate control plans.Perform PFMEA reviews with cross-functional teams.Manage and analyze SPC and MSA data, ensuring system reliability.Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving tools.Coordinate product and process audits (internal and external).
