We seek a highly motivated, detail oriented, security management professional with creativity, initiative, teamwork, and project management skills to manage on and off-site security task delivery, security plan refinement & implementation, embedded consultants, contractors and other risk management solutions for our clients.This role will support project implementation, management, and administration for the delivery of protection services, on-site training.
The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual, initially taking on immediate project execution and security plan refinement and development, as well as resource management.Key roles, tasks and responsibilities.Operational support and advisory to client's senior leadershipCoordinate with the SOC effortsEnsure compliance with the policy and strategy of senior leadershipProvide operational support in the evaluation, development, and execution of site security strategiesDirect contracted security personnel and security subcontractors, ensuring they consistently meet project contracts and deadlinesProvide essential safety briefings to local staff and visiting parties while on-siteLead the preparation and implementations of emergency crisis protocols, site security survey plans, security assessments, and training programs for personnelAssist in security investigation as requiredMonitor the response to local security incidents,



including crisis management and emergency response with the support of the SOCProvide periodical intelligence reports and assessments as required by clientLiaise with government authorities such as, Army, Navy, National Guard, State and Local Police, and other relevant entitiesPreparation of security reports as required supported with SOC intelligenceReadily available to support in an emergency situation or incidentReport and support Key Control RisksOther tasks that may arise from daily operation with the clientRequirementsSecurity experience at Mine sites (or equivalent)Excellent English- Spanish language, spoken and writing skillsStrong interpersonal communications and client facing skillsBasic financial literacySecurity Plan development and implementation skillsVery strong administrative skill setProven track record of administrative excellenceAt least 6 years' experience in delivery of Security ManagementAt least 3 years' experience in field security (i.e. field deployments, tours, or missions)Able to excel in high stress environmentsPreferably 2-5 years military background (or equivalent)Use of MS - Office suiteAbility to travel and deploy to jobsite on a rotational basis.
