Job Title: Housekeeper / GroundskeeperPosition Type: Full‐time / ContractLocation: United States.A visa will be offered to selected applicant.Job Summary:Reliable, hardworking Housekeeper / Groundskeeper needed to keep the home clean, organized, and the exterior and landscaping well maintained.Must be comfortable with indoor cleaning tasks and outdoor yard work.Key Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize all rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and common spaces- Do laundry: wash, dry, fold, iron, and put away linens and clothing- Organize and declutter rooms, closets, and storage areas; maintain orderly household systems- Maintain exterior of the house: sweep porches, clean gutters/entryways, remove debris- Perform landscaping and yard maintenance: mow lawn, string/weed eat, trim hedges, edge beds- Weed control, basic planting or mulching as needed, and seasonal yard tasks- Empty and dispose of trash/recycling- Monitor and report maintenance needs, garden pests, or safety hazards- Maintain tools and equipment,
