Payroll Customer Service for all employees of Tijuana Site Companies.8.
Ensure compliance with internal control in payroll process.9.
Provide reports for journal entries purposes and other Payroll reports needed for record the payroll activity.10.
Preparation of salary and wages analysis and employee benefits reports on a monthly and annual basis.11.




Responsible for salary and wages reconciliations, of Tijuana site and Payroll tax reconciliations.12.
Responsible for all Payroll taxes, such as, Social Security Taxes (IMSS), Housing tax (INFONTAVIT) and Retirement, Baja California Payroll Tax, as well as the variable perceptions the calculations for Social Security Tax purposes, and Employee Bank Loans FONACOT13.
