**Key Responsibilities**:- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including follow-ups- Assist in organizing and managing content for marketing campaigns- Update and maintain provider profiles on the Sofia Health platform- Conduct research and compile information as needed- Create and manage spreadsheets, documents,



and presentations- Help with social media scheduling and community engagement**Requirements**:- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English only)- Proficiency with tools like Zendesk, Mindbody, Google Workspace, Slack, and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana)- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Background in health and wellness or experience supporting executives.
