Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.



This is a high‑impact role responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top passive talent for both current and future business needs.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and deeply aligned with our purposes and values.
This role focuses on building a strong, forward-looking talent community by developing proactive pipelines aligned with demand planning, business priorities, and future skill requirements.
This role is both strategic and hands‑on, serving as a brand ambassador for Turner & Townsend and delivering a personalized, high‑quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data‑informed, multi‑channel sourcing strategies, leveraging market data, candidate intelligence, and talent insights to identify and engage high‑caliber passive talent.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing tools and platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, AI‑enabled tools
