Main activity:

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate actions and administer resources to meet weekly production schedules in a timely manner with quality and efficiency.
- Administer human resources regarding attendance, overtime, and permissions according to company policies.
- Investigate process waste and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Follow up on continuous improvement projects and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure the quality management system is implemented in assigned areas.
- Identify and provide training for personnel under supervision.
- Develop and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate group leader activities.
- Establish work-in-process inventory control mechanisms.
- Collaborate in planning future production weeks.

Education and Experience:
- Industrial Engineering, Business Management,



Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a production environment under an ISO system.

Background:
- Resource Management.
- Basic knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kanban, and Six Sigma.
- Inventory Control.
- Technical Drawing Interpretation.
- Bilingual Spanish-English (Preferred).
