Responsibilities:
Las responsabilidades principales para este puesto son:
Conoce y asegura cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad de área
Participar en la identificación de riesgos del área
Apoya en programas de mejora continúa
Asegura el cumplimiento de las ordenes de producción
Realiza evaluaciones de desempeño del personal operativo
Elabora y registra incidencias en el sistema de reloj checador
Realiza juntas diarias con el personal
Mantiene las 5s en el área de trabajo
