Flex is seeking a Purchasing Direct Supervisor to join our Guadalajara, South Campus. You will oversee procurement of direct materials and mentor a procurement team to ensure on-time delivery and value creation. You will develop purchasing policies, manage supplier relationships and drive inventory optimization in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, fluent English, and experience in purchasing. CPIM/CPM certifications are preferred.
