key accountabilities

- lead and oversee all plant operations including manufacturing, materials management, and support functions

- develop and execute operational plans to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives

- drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean, productivity, waste reduction) across the plant

- ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., qsr, safety, environmental)

- lead workforce planning, talent development, and labor management across departments

- manage inventory, capacity planning, and resource allocation to optimize plant performance

- partner with engineering and leadership on capital projects, new product introduction, and process improvements

requirements





- associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or related field(or equivalent experience)

- 7–10+ years in manufacturing/operations with progressive leadership responsibility

- strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and operational excellence

- experience managing multi-functional teams

- bilingual (spanish/english) preferred depending on site needs

- strategic thinker with strong execution focus

- proven leadership and decision-making ability

- strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
