We’re looking for a General Accountant to keep our accounting records current and accurate. You'll own AP, AR, import and export entries, invoice revisions, payment receipt follow-up, and maintain organized file storage across the accounting function.

What we're looking for:

- Strong knowledge of accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Experience with electronic invoicing (CFDI)
- Familiarity with payment receipt supplements (complementos de pago)
- Experience processing customs documents (Pedimentos)




- Hands‑on experience with travel expenses and payroll entries
- Prior experience at an accounting firm or as a general accountant within a company

Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% annually within the Mexico region for team meetings, offsites, trade shows, and conferences.
