Responsibilities

- Prospect and develop new last-mile delivery partners in assigned regions.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract execution.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with company standards and operational requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance using operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with delivery partners to ensure network stability and scalability.
- Analyze network capacity and recommend expansion strategies based on business demand.
- Support contingency planning by securing backup delivery capacity when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery quality, cost, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular business reviews with suppliers and drive corrective actions when performance gaps are identified.
- Maintain accurate supplier documentation, contracts, and performance records.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.




- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, vendor management, procurement, or last-mile operations.
- Proven experience in supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations, contract management, and vendor relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and data analysis to support operational decision-making.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal); Spanish is required.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of last-mile delivery operations and logistics performance metrics is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically as business needs require.
