Responsibilities

- Receive requests for facilities maintenance services and dispatch work orders to facilities staff and contractors.
- Maintain preventive facilities program to ensure that maintenance schedules are met.
- Support facility improvement projects.
- Keep facility layout updated.
- Setting and monitoring of security systems.
- Coordinate general facility maintenance of building and grounds.
- Coordinate outside services for electrical, construction, HVAC and plumbing jobs.
- Report unsafe working conditions to Management.
- Coordinate repairs to facility systems and equipment as necessary to maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment.
- Maintain log books for fire protection system, compressed air, and lamps.
- Responsible for compliance with local and state government regulations, in coordination with the EHS department.
- Perform other duties or special projects assigned.




- Perform at least 1 CoRed project a year according to Management specifications.
- If required coordinate the execution of projects or any of the previously mentioned duties during special non-working hours.

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
- Two or more years of prior facilities experience.
- Coordination of external contractors and suppliers in compliance with internal regulations.
- PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements for fire protection, electrical, HVAC and hazardous materials.
