Responsibilities
- Coordinate execution of employee engagement initiatives across the organization, ensuring activities are completed on time and aligned with defined plans.
- Support planning and follow-up of employee survey action plans, including tracking completion of assigned actions with leaders and HR teams.
- Assist in coordinating organizational initiatives, including engagement strategies and leadership development activities.
- Support administration of early talent programs by coordinating onboarding activities, tracking progress, and managing follow-up with participants and stakeholders.
- Manage communication and follow-up tasks to ensure consistency across HR initiatives and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Track and report data related to engagement and HR programs, maintaining accurate records and supporting progress monitoring.
- Maintain documentation and organization of HR initiatives,
ensuring information is current and accessible.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying execution gaps and coordinating updates to HR processes and programs.
Required Qualifications
- Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, employee engagement, organizational development, internal communications, or a related area.
- English and Spanish proficiency for written and verbal business communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a business-facing human resources team, human resources shared services, or human resources operations environment.
- Experience with Workday.
Travel Percentage: 10%
