Summary:

The Sourcing Associate executes all strategic sourcing activities in partnership with the shoreside talent acquisition initiatives across all levels and functions.

The ultimate goal is to ensure that the organization can consistently proactively deploy the right people, in the right place, at the right time, at the most efficient cost, and for them to be fully engaged.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Builds and implements sourcing strategy.
- Understands and executes current trends and best practices in sourcing and talent attraction.
- Builds talent pipelines from various platforms such as social media, job boards, niche sites, open web, and other similar platforms to implement sourcing strategy.
- Creates candidate pipeline ahead of need and real time.




- Leverages proprietary pipelines of candidates through our ATS and CRM.
- Collaborates with recruiters to develop market strategy, pipeline candidates, provide insights, and share competitive intelligence. Partners with the necessary team(s) to establish, develop, and maintain relationships with HR business partners and hiring managers.
- Collaboration with recruitment ops when applicable.
- Provides support of inbound sourcing (candidate / req management) as needed.
- Assists with recruitment marketing and events initiatives.
- Promotes a feedback mechanisms on all candidates processed (hired or not) to improve recruitment procedure.
- Meets operational business goals and KPI’s.
