responsibilities

- manage the distribution partner marketplace program
- update nbo’s in clv as needed
- manage the new product introduction process including coordinating with csr’s
- analyze and send part change notices to distributor partners
- manage clv quote approval entries as needed
- analyze and manage the process of updating the status in the master cost book
- assist with lead tracking/updates as needed via the sales support helpdesk
- assist with customer support inquiries via the engineering support helpdesk




- sample program management and coordination with the sample program team
- perform customer/distributor-facing duties as needed
- serve as back-up support (cross-trained) for our pricing help desk and registration help desk

qualifications

- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales and marketing, or similar discipline
- at least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience
- strong ms excel skills is a must (intermediate to advance)
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- good phone and email etiquette
- willingness and ability to travel as needed
