our human resources team is looking for a motivated, creative, and analytical hr intern to support learning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. This internship offers the opportunity to collaborate with a u.s.-based leader and local team on global projects related to learning communications, competency frameworks, career development, organizational climate, and change management while gaining exposure to a multinational work environment.

key responsibilities

- support the development and communication of learning and development initiatives across the organization
- .assist in creating and maintaining competency catalogs, with a focus on soft skills aligned to career paths and employee development
- .collaborate on the design, coordination, and communication of training programs and learning resources
- .support organizational climate initiatives by assisting with employee surveys, data collection, reporting, and action planning




- .contribute to change management activities by preparing communication materials and supporting stakeholder engagement efforts
- .develop presentations, reports, and communication materials for training and talent development initiatives
- .analyze learning and engagement data to identify trends and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement
- .partner with cross-functional teams and support integral hr projects

minimum qualifications

- currently enrolled in the final year of a bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, communications, industrial engineering, or a related field
- eligible to complete a professional internship as part of the academic program
- english proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment
- proficiency in microsoft office applications, especially powerpoint and excel
- demonstrates initiative, creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a global environment
