Customer Service Representative (CSR) On location: Focal point for customers providing information about products, resolving complaints, processing orders/releases and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and timely support.

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chats or in person
Meet performance KPIs such as: Deliveries on time, customer satisfaction and quality deliveries

Bachelor's degree according to the position description
At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service position
