Creating new CAD models of future products; Analyzing and modifying CAD models that YFSS receives from customers, suppliers, or other internal sources; Managing CAD data releases in YF PLM; Communicating with internal YFITC and customer interfaces/ departments to transfer data.
The CAD Designer / Engineer’s key responsibilities include:

2-year Associates Degree in CAD design OR 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,



preferably Mechanical or Aerospace from an ABET-accredited university or international equivalent.
2+ years of experience in product design, preferably within the automotive Tier 1 space.
Deep understanding in Plastics, Metal Stampings and A-Surface Development.
Software experience:
Design software: CATIA, NX – expert.
PLM software: Teamcenter, Enovia, SAP, AGILE – functional working knowledge.
~ Knowledge of design, product change and automotive standard and procedures (FMVSS, Euro, NOM, ASME, ISO, CR-CN, ETC)
