Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership for a team of engineers for all product design aspects of the LMS100
- Ensure that safety is embedded in every aspect of our product
- Strong focus on maintaining and improving quality
- Assure all component designs meet requirements
- Support and coordinate with interfacing organizations such as manufacturing, sourcing, services, integral engineering, and systems engineering
- Support service programs, fulfillment, and New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Provide strong guidance and contribution to Product Cost Out (PCO) and design-to-cost projects
- Communicate progress to all levels of the organization
- Mentor and develop less experienced personnel

Requirements

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- Experience with LMS100 package design
- 8+ years of mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering experience

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
