Requirements
European nationality with valid documentation to legally work in Mexico.
Proficiency in using technology and digital tools.
Strong leadership and group management skills.
Excellent problemsolving and followup abilities.
Flexible schedule.
Outstanding customer service attitude and attention to detail.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




Advanced English proficiency.
Knowledge of hotel operations and service standards.
