We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee and coordinate production operations at our Mexico plant. This role is adecuado for a hands-on leader with a strong engineering background and proven expertise in factory management, who is passionate about driving operational efficiency, ensuring product quality, and leading teams in a fast-paced international manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate production departments to ensure completion of manufacturing tasks
- Supervise employee operations to maintain standard procedures and product quality
- Execute workshop production according to company plans to ensure on-time order delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and fire protection regulations
- Collect production data and prepare regular analysis reports
Requirements
- MUST HAVE electrical equipment / power electronics / energy storage industry background
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation or related field
- 5+ years of production management experience
- Excellent team management, communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in ERP/MES or other production management systems
- Innovative thinking with strong execution and problem-solving abilities
