Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Embedded Software Testing or SDET roles.
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks using Pytest.
- Solid experience working in Linux environments, including command line and shell scripting.
- Experience testing embedded systems, firmware, or hardware/software integrated products.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet, or SPI/I2C is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Intermediate to Advanced English level.





Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for embedded software using Python and Pytest.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing on embedded Linux platforms.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
- Analyze test results, investigate failures, identify root causes, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Work with Linux-based systems, including scripting, log analysis, and debugging.
- Validate firmware functionality on embedded hardware and support hardware/software integration testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and system engineering teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain test documentation, automation scripts, and test reports.
- Continuously improve test processes, automation coverage, and overall product quality.
