Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Build and maintain candidate pipelines. Negotiate offers and ensure successful onboarding.
