We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications powered by Large Language Models and modern AI technologies.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models.
- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions capable of executing multi-step reasoning and autonomous workflows.
- Develop and maintain AI agents and agent orchestration workflows that coordinate multiple tasks, services, and external systems.




- Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, and external services.
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Apply Spec-Driven Development practices to improve solution quality, traceability, and implementation consistency.
- Leverage AI-driven software development lifecycle practices to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and delivery.
- Evaluate, test, and optimize AI models to improve response quality, reliability, and overall performance.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to AI platform and solution design.
- Document AI solutions, workflows, and implementation patterns to support long-term maintainability.
- Stay current with advancements in AI technologies and recommend opportunities to improve engineering practices.
