A leading multinational company with operations across Latin America is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support strategic business accounts and ensure excellence throughout the customer order fulfillment process. This position plays a critical role in connecting commercial, supply chain, logistics, and customer-facing teams to deliver a seamless experience while maintaining operational efficiency and service reliability.

Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of regional and strategic customers.
Coordinate closely with Commercial, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and Finance teams.
Support customers across LATAM by addressing operational inquiries and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Monitor order fulfillment performance and proactively identify potential supply risks.
Review and maintain pricing information, quotations, and commercial data.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, product complaints, and service-related claims.
Maintain accurate customer and product master data within ERP systems.
Collaborate with integral teams to align demand forecasts and operational plans.




Bachelor's degree completed.
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain, or related functions.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience highly preferred).
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
Background in manufacturing, consumer goods, chemicals, ingredients, or industrial sectors.
Experience supporting customers across multiple countries within LATAM.
Exposure to quality management systems and operational compliance standards.
Experience working with customized products, complex supply chains, or regional order fulfillment processes.
