We are looking for a Product Specialist to lead key product lines and drive market growth through product strategy, launches, and cross-functional collaboration.What You'll Do- Manage and grow product lines focused on Suspension, Brakes and Shock Absorbers.- Identify portfolio expansion opportunities through vehicle parc and market analysis.- Lead new product launches from concept to commercialization.- Develop pricing strategies and competitive market analysis.- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing,



Supply Chain and Catalog teams.- Manage product lifecycle, portfolio optimization and product coverage.Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.- 5+ years of experience as a Product Specialist, Product Manager or Brand Specialist within the automotive aftermarket.- Hands-on experience managing Suspension, Brakes and/or Shock Absorber product lines.- Advanced English (required). Comfortable communicating with general teams and suppliers.- Advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus.- Strong analytical and project management skills.
